סטודנטית לרבנות תתארח בקהילתנו. הרבה נטלי לסטרג’ר העבירה את הפרטים הבאים על הסטודנטית לרבנות שתתארח אצלנו בשבת הקרובה 14 עד 15 בדצמבר. במהלך ביקורה תוביל את תפילת קבלת השבת מחר בערב ובשבת תקרא בתורה.
שמה נעמי זסלו (Naomi Zaslow) והיא סטודנטית לרבנות מארה”ב שנמצאת כעת בארץ במסגרת לימודיה. נשמח מאד להשתתפות מתוגברת של מרבית החברים, גם מחר וגם בשבת.

Naomi Zaslow was raised Orthodox but discovered Conservative Judaism while studying in Jerusalem—and it changed her life. Now second-year rabbinical student, Naomi is passionate about chaplaincy, Talmudic learning and empathetic connections. Naomi recently completed a unit of Clinical Pastoral Education in Eldercare at JTS through the YM/WHA of Washington Heights, and will be both returning to Binghamton University’s Hillel as a Rabbinical Intern and serving as the Rabbinical Intern at Fitzgerald Hebrew Congregation (GA) starting in January 2019.

A proud graduate of the Pardes Institute/Hebrew College Jewish Educator’s program, Naomi also holds a BFA in Visual Art from the University of Michigan. She spent the last ten years traveling, learning from people from all walks of life, and teaching Talmud and sequential art. She worked most recently as a Talmud teacher at the Solomon Schechter Day School of Greater Boston. Naomi resides in Washington Heights with her partner, and devotes time to color coordinating her scarf and kippah combos.
